If the board you have is from GCT which was distributed by Axis here in the
Phil., it should be able to use PS/2. Your supplier failed to include the
PS/2 connector to your computer. The PS/2 connector comes free with your
board.

My problem with my board is that I probably lost the original PS/2 connector
that came with the board. There are only 4 pins on the board but the PS/2
connector has 5. I know one is supposed to be blank because it does not
have any use but because the manufacturer used only four pins and not five
I really have to know which connector is for which pin. I guess I will have
to do this the hard way through trial and error.

BTW, if you have the manual for your board could you at least verify if the
PS/2 pin layout given below is the same as in your manual. Most Taiwan
manufacturers produce poor manuals.

Pin 1 = VCC- Yellow
Pin2 = M.Data -Red
Pin3 = M.Clk - Brown
Pin4 = Ground - Green

I only bought the board with no casing.

I experienced a lot of problems with the Gx until I found a BIOS upgrade.
Is it the same with yours? BTW, are you using it with Linux? Which
distribution are you using?

Thanks fro your reply.
