.. has anyone got this working?
me and a bunch of my friends got a 64Kbps cable modem connection (Sky's
3000+/month unlimited hours but throttled to 64Kbps). I want to set up a
priority scheme where telnet and ssh traffic gets highest priority, http
is medium, and ftp is low (who cares if it takes forever to download, the
line doesnt drop anyway).
