Im connecting and testing a mini isp and they have 14.4 and 33.6 modems
Im using 56k modem.
Before i used to get 11.x speed when connected on 14.4 and 26.x wen connected on the
33.6 modems.
Recently... why is it the i always get 9.6 connection speed on ALL DIALUP lines. Even
other users are connecting are expereincing the same problem.
What is the possible problems:
-is it the leased line (telco)
-is it the isp provider
-is it the modems (14.4/33.6)
-is it the router
