can i actually resize (shrink) partition 2 (an extended one) so i can
make room for another primary partition? i want to install freebsd
on my spare space but the howto says that freebsd requires a primary
partition and not some partition created by linux. note the end
point of partition 12. can i still add a primary after that?

  thanks in advance!
