its in the mail you recently received with the subject similar to
"Welcome to <name of mailing list>" wherein you were given instruction
on how to unsubscribe. you can also send a mail to
<mailing-list-name>[EMAIL PROTECTED]
with the word "help" in the subject or body to get a list of email
options. you would need your password (mine is a set of random
characters that i need to change sometime, :) to change your settings.
maybe mailman will send you the command in its help reply.
alternatively you can also visit :
https://lists.hosting.qsr.com.ph/mailman/options/<mailing-list-name>/<your-email-address>
<mailing-list-name> is usually the word (or phrase) before the "@" of
the mailing list address. in our case it is either "plug",
"ph-linux-newbie"or "plug-misc".
