Seriously, this is easily doable, especially now since iirc there are
many GNU/Linux users in the provinces already, so if there's a good list
handy, one can just ping them by {snail ,e}mail, thereby easing the
distribution since we're no longer going to have to rely on the big city
folks to supply us.
