hello, i said optinal accomplishment. diba sabi sa proposal dapat nakacontribute sa ideals ng PLUG. then isa ito sa mga pwedeng gawin ng applicant. not the sole requirement. marami pang ibang pwedeng gawin. isa lang ito sa mga pwedeng gawin.
