Hehe, I somewhat agree with you on this one, Orly.  :D

Somehow, being on the lists long enough (subjective definition ;) gives
you a different view on such matters.  Have I been green to this list, I
might have challenged your statement, but I see the better wisdom: we
can certainly do much of our work in GNU/Linux and be `winners' in our
own right, regardless of what many Theo de Raadts or Daniel Lyndons say
about us.

Indeed.  Which thus brings us to ponder: what can we do to step up *our*
advocacy of GNU/Linux in particular and FOSS in general?  I say, there's
a solution for that: <plug>the upcoming *Software Freedom Day*</plug> =D
Seriously, we need a lot people-power for this people-event, not to
mention sponsors (and hardware, too!).  So instead of bashing M$ and
crapping the PLUG lists, better give a helping hand to us!
