Because they've lost a number of important (to them) high-value
accounts. I had this nice talk with Raymund Acedera....

OTOH I believe that Linux TCO really WOULD be higher than Windows for
shops which are pure Windows to start with. Re-training is expensive,
and Windows licenses CAN be cheap, depending on how much pull you
have...

but for normal Philippine situations, I think Linux TCO is still lower
thanks to our lamentably low labor costs...
