I have to tell you that I am a loyal debianista
myself...by nuke my Tiger install on my new, two-week
old iBook...NEVER!  Seriously, Tiger rocks.  It works
flawlessly, and it isn't Windows.  If you're going to
do anything, just dual-boot...and keep your rebuild
disks close by.  I'm not saying you'll abandon Debian,
but I think you will come to really like OS X and
you'll keep your Debian install somewhere else.

Just my two cents.
