Hi All!
Is it possible to have this kind of setup using mdadm:
1. configure two disks as RAID1 array;
2. break the mirror(by removing/failing a drive);
3. run backup on the removed/failed drive;
4. add the drive to the array after backup
Basically i'd just like to make sure that the data
backed up is consistent. Is this setup possible? i'm
trying to find alternatives to using LVM + mdadm.
