Not with formail 
e.g.
formail -s procmail /path/to/your/procmailrc   < /var/spool/mail/yourmail

Personally, if it's something that I've to do forever, I'd use Perl all
the way. :-)

See procmailex(5) for rcfiles examples. There's a recipe there for
content-type filtering.
