hi,

g95 is not widely used yet in research communities. i have been using fortran in our physics simulations. there are still some concerns in g95 that may affect accuracy and the likes..

fortan g77 compiler is still the best you can find. we are still waiting for g95 to mature.

as for intel compiler... i tried it once but i prefer g77 for now..

Gfortran or g95 is just about the best Fortran 90/95
compiler you can find.  The version that comes with
gcc-4.0.1 is especially recommended.  Why anyone would
use anything other than this excellent compiler and
pay precious dollars for the Intel version is
something
