I think the UP Diliman Math Department is fully-equipped with linux clients.
2) linux laboratories (what setup, how many workstations)
They have (I think) at least 3 linux computing laboratories there and
one beowulf cluster (if it's still running).
3) or have any other significant linux effort (distro, development of
packages, etc)
I think they just use mandrake or ubuntu or debian-knoppix for their
desktops.
