I suppose you could install Samba[1] that provides for Windows file sharing services (used to be known as SMB, now called CIFS) on a Linux server. You could put up a separate Linux box hosting Samba, have your net cafe nodes mount it remotely, maybe even use it as /home mount. More info on deploying Samba services can be found in their website.
