The migration has already started. Probably since about two weeks ago. I
know of several who have taken the migration to heart, and totally leave
ms and closed source behind (outside of their games), and perhaps
several dozen more asking for help practically daily from the local
forums I frequent.

It's not a very large dent considering the behemoth that MS is, but it
might be enough to make them pay attention.

++So it seems it has started to happen all around the country. I still
++have doubts if GNU/Linux can make a dent here (given the stone-cold,
++stone-walled mindset of "Internet cafe" gamers and their owners who
++basically don't have much of a choice), but it's worth a try.
