There is non at the moment. The game publishers must be involved with this regard instead of the general public requesting/expecting the open source community to do a reverse-engineer on the said app (gameguard). There should be R&D involved.

Hi, I represent a group that's trying to shift from
windows to linux.  So far we've been successful with
lan games but so far stumped at all online games using
gameguard in the philippines (ragnarok, rose online,
mu online, gunbound online are just a few).  We're
also trying to release a "linux.ph-gaming for
dummies".  In our survey, around 50% of the philippine
market when forced with a decision to buy windows even
with a 1yr. financing plan still couldn't afford it.
:(  sad to say.  Anyway, this is a non-profit group
but we do have support from the online game
publishers....problem is their games were not meant to
run on linux and they've got an agreement with
nprotect(gamguard) to be included in their game
releases.  If any of you got some extra time or know
of ways or solutions to the problem it would be highly
appreciated.  just mail me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] tnx.
