Yes, that is my workaround. In fact I put 127.0.0.1 and it's OK. svn
looks up the DNS, and goes on using the proxy. A proper proxy client
should not bother with the DNS.

What I wanted to verify is that if others are having the same problem
or it peculiar to my setup here.
