it really doesnt matter what distro it is as long as it can run cedega.
having an AMD machine wont matter too cause the kernel supports it fine.
some drivers are a bit of a problem though if its not supported by the kernel.
hard ones are winmodem and i heard ATI cards too (i cant confirm this.
ive never owned one). nvidia cards works fine. but you have to compile
a kernel module so have your kernel sources ready.

note: you dont have to compile the module if nvidia supports the
kernel version you're using.
