an email containing the "e-ballot" will be sent to the qualified voters using the email address provided
by PLUG, Inc..



2. what if i didn't received the "e-ballot"?

ans.
if you haven't received the email containing the "e-ballot" by 1:00pm PHT on Oct 14, 2005 Friday but your name is indicated on the list of qualified voters and you wished to vote online, kindly email Ariz Jacinto <acjacinto AT gmail DOT com> using your current email address together with contact number(s) (local/intl mobilephone/landline) and 2 valid IDs (/w picture please) as an attachment (scanned, digicam, webcam images will do as long the info are readable). Then, Ariz Jacinto will
re-send the e-ballot to your new email address.



3. what are the valid IDs that we can attach?

ans.
for those currently residing in the Philippines:
- SSS
- NBI
- Driver's License
- Passport
- Company ID
- School ID

for those currently out of the country:
- Passport
- Company ID
- School ID
- Driver's License



4. i dont have access to a scanner to scan my IDs, now what?

ans.
digicam/webcam images of your ID will do as long the info are readable.



5. do i really have to attach those info, together with my contact number (local/intl)?

ans.
yes.



6. will my personal info be kept confidential?

ans.
yes, those info are strictly for verification purposes to be conducted by the director
for election affairs Ariz Jacinto & PLUG Inc. Auditor Christian Masangcay.



7. up to what time can i ask assistance for a change in my email address info?

ans.
PLUG, Inc. Comelec can assist you up to 10pm PHT on Oct 14, 2005 Friday .



8. up to what time can i cast my vote online?

ans.
you can cast your vote online between Oct 14, 2005 (12nn PHT) Friday
and Oct 15, 2005 (12nnPHT) Saturday.



9. what if i still failed to cast my vote online?

ans.
you can still cast your vote manually by proceeding to APC, Magallanes, Makati City between 4-6pm PHT on Oct 15, 2005 Saturday. and kindly bring at least 1 valid ID
(w/ picture please).
