kenneth,
i think what you said will do the trick. vqadmin automatically deletes
the user home directory under vpopmail but the details under
squirrelmail is still there so i suppose that's the problem. how can i
make that automated? should i install the plugin for administrator?

have you tried deleting the account's preference
in squirrelmail's data directory?

actually, the problem is that i have deleted the account already
and made a fresh account but it still tries to find the subfolder
under the Inbox.

try checking permissions and write access to your Maildir
folders. you could take a look at maildirmake

guys,
not that well-educated yet on squirrelmail but i got a problem.
creating subfolders on squirrelmail GUI gives me the following
error message upon re-login:
*ERROR: Could not complete request.* Query: COPY 1:1 "INBOX.PLUG
Matters" Reason Given: [TRYCREATE] Mailbox does not exist.
i tried to remove and recreate the account but the message
reappears. (btw, it's on top of qmail)
anybody has any info on this?
TIA!
