If you look at how Launchpad [1] uses it to create technical specs, lists them in a nice way (say as a sprint), then points to an appropriate wiki page for collaboration. The wiki is still an open environment though, but for internal use, you might want to take advantage of ACLs and locked pages. We're currently experimenting with moin in the next version of the opencd as the visual/content component of the application.
