Hi,

This may be a newbie question.
May I ask how should I allocate swap space on
a multiboot Linux distros on one computer.
Should I allocate one block of swap space to be use
by all the linux distros on my box or should
I allocate one swap per distro? And how about
the grub oor lilo, how can I configure it to
list all the distros on my box.

Thanks.

You don't need to add a new swap partition for each distro. Last time I had two Linux distros at home all sharing a 512MB swap partition. FREEBSD will not count on that though since it uses a different file system.

About the GRUB & LILO, You can opt to use the first GRUB or LILO on the first distro that you've installed. Just edit the /boot/grub/menu.lst for grub or /etc/lilo.conf if you're using LILO. Just take note the hard drive entity where the other distros are located.
