Hi there. I used to have similar setup but had to simplify things to
make my hard disk saner. I had problems as my MBR got messed up by too
many partitions on one single disk. I used to have 3 windows (2
system, 1 data) and 4 linux (3 linux, 1 swap) partitions on a single
HDD.

Now that I've reformatted the whole disk, I've revised my setup to 2
windows (1 system, 1 data) and 2 linux (1 linux, 1 swap) partitions
with the the bootloader in the MBR. Much more stable. Others might
also suggest that you create a seperate partition for /home too. I
just might do that in the near future.

And yes, you can use Partition Magic or Ranish to make the partitions
in advance so you don't have to do it during your linux install. I've
found out that the partitioning part of the install in some linux
distros are still difficult to configure for newbies like myself.

Hope this helps :-]
