We know many of you really want to be officially members of the PHILIPPINE LINUX USERS GROUP, INC..
This is your chance. Please read on.We have made a suggestion to the PLUG Board to make membership application really easy to aspiring members. This is by getting their ID information and then informing them of their status and the needed payment for the ID card printing (probably around P100-P150) when approved. If not approved, we will give you suggestions on how to finally be a member. This makes the process easy and fast.
To apply, please email the following COMPLETE details to junn_flores AT yahoo DOT com with subject title "PLUG ID > Juan P. Cruz" as the subject title, replacing Juan P. Cruz with your name (PLEASE DON'T JUST CLICK REPLY WITH THE OLD SUBJECT TITLE):
- full name (last name / first name / middle initial) (CRUZ / JUAN / P.)
- 1 x 1 ID picture (in jpg format) (this is important)- registered linux user number (if unregistered, please register at http://counter.li.org)
- email address - mailing address - contact number - person to contact in case of emergency- MEMBER OF THE PLUG MAILING LIST SINCE ____ (month and year or just year if can't remember the month; disregard for old/current members)
Your personal information will be strictly confidential and we will notify you upon review and approval of your membership.
