Why separate?

I have a linux box (P4 2.0G, 1MB RAM, and about 200GB
of total HD space) and they are running:

     Postfix+SpamAssassin+ClamAV
     DNS and DHCP
Samba for File and Print services
LDAP (for a common e-mail address book)

the response time is ok (read: I don't receive
complains from the users).

That's only as good until your machine crashes, which wipes out every service you mentioned. Not a good idea to have a single point of failure.
