The Open Source Software Edition of SUSE Linux 10.0 is freely redistributable. We may get that from http://www.opensuse.org.
As for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 9, I recommend that we do pay for it, especially if we intend to run commercial software on it like Oracle Database or certain hardware like storage systems from EMC.
