dude, you're in a heck of a problem doing this the way you want it.
load-balancing is a broader topic than you think it is. for example, you have to really consider which port each packet should go thru because if you use another port for say an https session, you're in trouble.

you check the edimax website (PRI-683 is the lowest). only about P7k in SM North. the functionality you need without much of a fuzz.

and BSD is not linux. :)
