If the bid using Open Source wins in the DTI-DepEd
project, will PLUG support and help the project?
The blanket answer is: yes.
But I would also add: please qualify the type of help needed, such as the scope of the work and the remuneration involved.
As Dong said, PLUG is too loose an organization to take on a project like this, so it's probably better done via a commercial entity who can then hire members of PLUG.
