[plug] Network Monitoring for printouts and hands-on time

Hi guys,

 

If I had a café setup using Linux, how can I monitor the # of hands-on time each client had as well as successful printouts on the server without using a café monitoring tool?  Is this possible? If not which w/c open source tool do you recommend?
