Hi all, Is anyone aware of an actual policy (written down) that promotes FOSS in the organization?
In UP, we have Dr. Nemenzo's "Ibagsak ang Digital Imperialism" document which hardly fits the bill (pardon the pun) for a formal policy paper. The reason is that I am having a difficult time sparring requests for WinXP installations in our college computers. Dr. Nemenzo's letter is fiery and strong. But a clear policy paper really helps.
