You can get the indoor models starting at P8,500 (the WSR-3018 indoor wireless router, discontinued afaik, but still available locally). It's not as high-powered (it's got from 31mW to 80mW EIRP) as the other models that do cost above 10 grand (those start from 125mW to 200mW).

As for their 400mW offerings... you'd have to be a member of the WiFi alliance to get one afaik
