Try Joomla! bro, it is formerly known as Mambo, and there are active community also, check forum.joomla.org/index.php/board,21.0.html <- joomla's pinoy forum, they can also help you if ever you encounter a problem with joomla.

Try also other CMS so that you can choose which CMS works best for you.
