Joebert, Hi! What client? netca and dbca are used to create/modify Oracle networking and create/modify/delete databases, respectively.
I think you might be referring to either SQL*Plus (the command line) or iSQL*Plus (the web-based). Check your $ORACLE_HOME/bin directory for the sqlplus executable. iSQL*Plus is not installed by default. Charlton "Charlie" H.
