Could you provide more information on the JVM you're using for running the SAP GUI. I suspect the error is caused by the default JVM bundled in FC4.
To check execute these commands and post the results here: 1. which java 2. java -version It is recommended that you use the official Java JRE downloadable from java.sun.com to avoid issues with running Java applications on Linux.
