I only have 256 on my NEO Laptop. I was planning of upgrading it though wala pa lng budget.

If you need "lighter" applications, here's what I suggest: Use an integrated browser + mail application, especially if your not really using the PIM part of Evolution. Either use Sea Monkey (based on Mozilla. You'll save memory running this one instead of using Firefox + Thunderbird.
