I guess, creating a Hotspot (prepaid, that is) is quite a task. I'm really at a loss here because the examples I find in the internet is either: a)Linux box acting as AP/radius/chillispot or b)WAP running OpenWrt and chilli (external radius).
If the wireless network would be just among us here in the office, then using PPTP or other authentication schemes are nice. Except that this would be like an internet cafe style hotspot where all that the clients can get is a card with username and password that they will enter on a webpage to access the internet/other services. I don't think they'll allow me to tinker with their laptops for configuration... not to mention that I don't think I can do that for each of them. :)
Anyways, this discussion has brought into open several ways to 'skin' Wireless Connections. :)
