it's quite complicated to have a link to a document where, if you click on the link, the information is set to the document via HTTP POST. (you'd use a _javascript_ OnClick, with a tiny form for every link)

it's oh so much more convenient to do

<a href="" Falcone</a>
<a href="" Gestre</a>

doing the _javascript_ way is far too bloody (since the userid changes, you'd have to generate a named form for every named entry). hence the HTTP GET method is more practical. just need to add a checksum (as i've previously posted) to prevent URL-manufacturing.
