You can use Xmule (http://www.xmule.ws/node/43) then you can use Sancho (
http://sancho-gui.sourceforge.net/) as a GUI client which connects to Xmule via SSH.
Now you can leave the P2P running on the server during off office hours and come back to it the other day without loosing the que slots :))
