It talks about redistribution by an employer within the company but no
wording if third-parties can redistribute the package for
non-commercial use across say the Philippines.

I guess for now, either the .deb is sneakernetted around or we'll just
have to wait til a native port is made and the licensing rephrased to
allow general redistribution as per some free/open source license.
