one of the ways to do this is to add the following
lines to the script invoking spamassassin, i.e. 

~/.procmailrc
...
:0:

/path/to/directory


.qmail

| ifspamh /path/to/directory


the directory can be for a 1 week quarantine in
case of false-positives or can be a blackhole
such as /dev/null.
