Probably a couple of warnings: one is related to pointer dereferencing,to which an easy workaround would be to do `-fnostrict-aliasing'; the other is related to compilation differences between 32- and 64-bit archs when dealing with casts to different sizes. See Martin Michlmayr's post,[0] especially that wonderful list of errors (now treated as such by gcc-4.1) by Ben Hutchings[1].
