What's the best open-source intranet system you can recommend where in I can put our company's documentations, server changes,etc. etc.?
If all you want to do is serve documentation, a CMS such as Plone should do. if you want more -- collaboration, document routing and tracking, shared scheduling, etc -- look at something like eGroupware. -- Daniel O.
