What worked for me, however, is

http_access allowedpc src 192.168.1.150 192.168.1.151 192.168.1.152 till it reached 192.168.1.165
http_access allow allowedpc

I got a feeling there is a better way how to do it. Please let me know. Still a newbie, always.
