Yes, although it will take a lot of trickery.  See below for the
details.  If there are more overlapping services it may quickly become
impossible, but as it is web and mail service are doable.

Make the subdomain of mybox.org a virtual domain of the postfix instance
on box1, and configure postfix to relay all mail received for that
virtual domain to box2.  In the same way, set up the apache on box1 to
consider the subdomain of mybox.org as a virtual domain, and act as a
reverse proxy for that domain.  If you want pop3/imap access, you must
do the same virtual domain trick (if your MDA on box1 doesn't support
virtual domains you may need to install something like perdition [1],
and make your MDA on box1 listen on a non-standard port).  If there is
any other service on box2 that you want visible to the public Internet
which doesn't have an overlapping service also running on box1, set up a
DNAT going to the port of that service (it will also be accessible using
the real domain btw).  If any ports collide, you've got trouble unless
the service on your centos understands virtual domains.
