Make the subdomain of mybox.org a virtual domain of the postfix instance on box1, and configure postfix to relay all mail received for that virtual domain to box2. In the same way, set up the apache on box1 to consider the subdomain of mybox.org as a virtual domain, and act as a reverse proxy for that domain. If you want pop3/imap access, you must do the same virtual domain trick (if your MDA on box1 doesn't support virtual domains you may need to install something like perdition [1], and make your MDA on box1 listen on a non-standard port). If there is any other service on box2 that you want visible to the public Internet which doesn't have an overlapping service also running on box1, set up a DNAT going to the port of that service (it will also be accessible using the real domain btw). If any ports collide, you've got trouble unless the service on your centos understands virtual domains.
