Thats their weak point then. I just don't buy this support will always be needed stuff. when there are confusing choices then you need support. when you need error messages then you need support. If you design away the need for error messages then you design away the need for support. I got that from one of the papers from apple by the way. The problem is there are platform issues that they just cant worked around.
