mouth works somehow, but the industry and the developers have to pick
it up first and improve it to the point of "marketability" -- more
users of the software would be nice, but that's not what's really
needed right now. Some software might be argued "market ready" like

Its not about marketability of products. Its modifying something until
its good enough.

Somebody needs to start hacking something up. NOW. On the other hand
other governments are already doing that so maybe five years from now
the software will be there.

things i hate about my linux pc:

1. it takes more than a second to boot up
2. keeps asking about filenames and directories
3. does not remember what i was working on yesterday
4. does not remember all the changes i have ever made
5.cannot figure out necessary settings by itself
