Thats right. You really have to be persistent.
The first time i had that problem somebody told me to go after the ISP
Admin with a baseball bat! I thought that was extreme but after trying
for 5 weeks with no result i felt like going doing exactly that.
Telcos always have "interop problems" all the time.
