If the script is working, please verify the path that you typed in [crontab -e].
Can you paste the cronjob [crontab -e]?

Did you checked that your script actually write to the log? If the script actually has output to write to log, it could be somewhere the logging itself.

I have cron setup to run a script which logs to a file. But there are no changes made to the output file everytime it is called. I checked cron's log and it did call the script I wrote.
I'm using CEntOS 4.3. Anybody else experiencing this?
