basically, you can create your own if you have the luxury
of in-house software development team or you may contact
some of the software dev't contractors on this mailing list.

i'm not quite sure about the existing OSS tools to convert
documents to an image format (tiff?) but for sure, you can
convert them to PDF, then store them in an SVN repository.
